Trader Joe's recalling chicken Soup dumplings may contain hard Plastic

The USDA’s Food Safety Inspection Service has announced a recall for more than 61,000 pounds

of Trader Joe’s dumplings after it was found they could be contaminated with plastic.

According to the recall, some of the dumplings made by CJ Foods

Manufacturing could have “hard plastic from a permanent marker pen” inside them.

The recall was made after “complaints from consumers reporting they found hard plastic in Trader Joe’s Steamed Chicken Soup Dumplings.”

There have not been any injuries caused by the recalled items, according to the FSIS.

The lot numbers for the recalled boxes include 03.07.25.C1-1 and 03.07.25.C1-2 and “P-46009” inside the USDA stamp
